Joseph Osmundson is a scientist and writer based in New York. He has a PhD in Molecular Biophysics from The Rockefeller University, his research has been published in Cell and Nature Structural and Molecular Biology, and he’s currently a clinical professor of Biology at NYU. His writing has appeared in McSweeney’s, Buzzfeed, Guernica, The Village Voice, Gawker, and The Kenyon Review.
